Redeemer is the newest single release from Australian experimental rock group Injured Ninja. Featuring guests vocals from Japanese avant-guard noise artist Harico the standout track from debut Ninja LP ‘Injured Ninja vs. Skylazer’ is accompanied by an intense new video clip directed by guitarist / vocalist Steven Aaron Hughes. Injured Ninja’s first performance-based clip, the video sees the group and guest Harico multiplied and divided into endlessly spiralling fractals that blossom into intense and relentless patterns made purely from footage of the band performing resulting in some seriously intense eye candy.

To accompany this video release Heartless Robot is releasing a new EP: ‘Redeemer / Skylazer Remixed’ that features the single plus 11 completely new remixes from a wide variety of Australian and international artists. The album will be available online and in select stores as a limited edition CD and fold out poster release featuring large scale artwork by long time Ninja collaborator and visual designer Peter Long.

‘Redeemer’ has just been nominated in WAMi’s 2011 Song of the Year award in the ‘Experimental’ Category.
